Davenport - 29th May 2014

The second event of the 2014 season was for the President's Trophy played over 18 holes stableford off full handicap at Davenport Golf Club. There was another good field of 27 players and the weather improved as the day went on. Everybody stayed dry and scoring was quite impressive with a number of very good scores.

Winners

	Overall winner The overall winner was John Popplewell with 40 points off handicap of 20. His first 9 score of 22 points was very impressive. Unfortunately John had left before the presentation but he received his trophy at the following event.

Division 1 The division split was at 18, and the winner of Division 1 was Andy Millington with 37 points off a handicap of 18. He claims he was unable to get the pace of the greens and putted very badly.		Division 2 Division 2 was won by Tom Kinahan with 37 points off a handicap of 26.



Twos There was one two for Ray Dowson at the 14th.
