Bury - 20th May 2021
The second event of the 2021 season was for the
President's Trophy, an 18 holes stableford off full handicap at Bury Golf Club. Originally this event was scheduled for Deane Bolton but the event was moved to Bury because of the rise of Covid cases in the Bolton Area. The weather was not good but, most of us avoided the heavy rain which occurred towards the end of the round.

The overall winner was
Tim Whitehead, with 37 points off a playing handicap of 24. Tim was carrying a 1 shot society reduction.

The division split was at 23, and the winner of Division 1
was Paul Higgs, with 36 points off a reduced playing handicap of 11.

Division 2
Division 2 was won by
Paul MacDonald, with 32 points playing off a reduced playing handicap of 33.
