Shrigley Hall - 15th June 2012
The third event of the 2012 season was for the TT Jackson Trophy played over 18 holes stableford off full handicap at
Shrigley Hall Golf Club. There was a terrific attendance for this event with 31
people taking part. Despite a dreadful weather forecast for the afternoon we
remained mostly dry. There was one deluge between 1:30 and 2:00 and the rest of
the time it was fine. Most people found the going really tough and this is
reflected in the scores.

Overall winner
The overall winner was Paul Higgs
with 36 points off a reduced handicap of 11. Unfortunately for Paul the reduction is
now 3 strokes for the next event.

Division 1
The
Division 1 split was at 17. The winner was Peter Walters with 35 points
playing off a reduced handicap of 13.

Division 2
A strong back nine of 18 points helped
Mark Saxon win Divison 2 with 32 points off a handicap of 19.

Twos
There were 2 twos. One for Paul Higgs and the other for Brendon's guest Paul
Crowcroft.
