Ashton-in-Makerfield - 10th September 2015

The final qualifying event for the Order of Merit was the Guy Ferguson Trophy played over 18 holes stableford off full handicap at Ashton-in-Makerfield Golf Club. Again we only had a small field with 20 players taking part. The weather was quite pleasant and we had 7 players who could possibly win the Order of Merit.

Winners

	Overall winner The overall winner was Nigel Harris with 37 points off a reduced handicap of 13. Unfortunately for Nigel his only blob was on the last hole which was supposedly the second easiest hole on the course.

Division 1 The division split was at 16, and the winner of Division 1 was Andy Millington with 35 points off a reduced handicap of 15.		Division 2 The winner of Division 2 with 33 points off a reduced handicap of 18 was Ray Dowson.

Twos

There was one two for Andy Millington at the 13th.

Order of Merit Winner

Andy Millington was the Dark Horse coming in to the final event. He had only taken part in 3 of the qualifiers prior to this event. The home advantage worked for him and he cleaned up with a total of 10 points over the four events.
