Leyland - 13th September 2018

The final qualifying event for the Order of Merit was the Guy Ferguson Trophy played over 18 holes stableford off full handicap at Leyland Club. There were a number of players in contention for the OOM Title which made for an interesting session when the results were being entered. 18 people were playing of which only one was a guest.

Winners

Overall winner The overall winner wasNigel Harris with 35 points off a handicap of 13.

Division 1
The division split was at 19, and the winner of Division 1 was Steve Marshall with 34 points off a handicap reduced of 5.

Division 2
The winner of Division 2 with 34 points off a handicap of 31 was Barry Pendlebury.

Twos

There was one two for Barry Pendlebury at the tenth.


Order of Merit Winner Mark Saxon has played consistently well at all events this season, and he just pipped last years winner Steve Marshall by 2 points. Well done Mark.
